Are you willing to make small improvements or updates to enhance marketability? A fresh coat of paint, landscaping, new light fixtures and repairs, are often inexpensive and the results can go a long way. These updates can reduce time on market and increase the sale price of your home. If this is not a suitable option for you, an “as is” sale can be extremely attractive to many potential buyers.

City occupancy inspections prior to placing your home on the market ensure your home meets current code requirements. A home that is free and clear of violations often makes a buyer's decision to write a contract much easier.

Most buyers are analytical buyers; the more information provided the better. A marketing analysis on your home and neighborhood touting schools, parks, dining and shopping, will be prepared as you are not only selling your home you are selling a lifestyle!

We will work together to compile information regarding the unique qualities of your home such as crown molding, stainless appliances or a new roof. A list of utility information touting energy efficient windows or new HVAC is terrific for buyers to view as well.  


Listing your home on the MLS is the best way to get exposure! If you choose, we can also use social media to market your home as photographs showcasing your home's unique features grab the attention of potential buyers that are tech oriented.

Negotiations for a favorable contract are crucial!  The negotiation process is why you choose to have representation. My goal is to help you navigate the purchase process to ensure you get the best terms possible with transaction fees that are minimized and justified.

Deadlines for inspections, repairs, review of property survey, and title, must be met. Let me stay on top of these deadlines so you can look forward to closing! We will conduct a final walk-through of the property several days prior to closing to ensure all the conditions of the contract have been met.

Financing pre-approval is necessary in this current market.  If you are not working with a lender, I am happy to refer several reputable mortgage lenders for you to interview. A pre-qualified buyer is considered a serious, strong buyer.
